Bookings and date changes can be made until 8:00 PM the day before, Playa del Carmen local time. This lets us coordinate transportation, spots, and operations without last-minute scrambling.
No. The website organizes your request, and Agustín confirms availability over WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once the payment method you agreed on has been completed.
Each tour page shows its operating days, and the calendar only lets you pick dates available for that tour. If it says "Check availability," you choose a tentative date and Agustín confirms it directly over WhatsApp.
A no-show or a same-day reschedule requires a 50% deposit of the tour's per-person price to coordinate the operation again. That amount is deducted from the tour's total once it takes place. If the booking is cancelled again after paying it, there's no refund.
For card payments, we set up a payment link. You can also pay in cash, USD or MXN, right at pickup, just before the tour. If you prefer a bank transfer, the full tour price is paid upfront, and the booking is confirmed once the deposit clears.
No. The website doesn't process any automatic payment. You send your request first, then coordinate payment with Agustín over WhatsApp using the method you choose.
Yes. You can add several tours, choose a date for each one, and send a single request. Your contact details are filled in once, and then we'll go over the itinerary together to make sure it makes sense.
The name of the person booking, hotel, room number, number of adults, children, and infants, and payment method. Infants don't pay, but we do count them to organize transportation.
Cozumel transportation is included for groups of 4 or more. If you're 2 or 3 people, message me beforehand — we'll find an alternative and adjust the price for the inconvenience.
For groups of 10 people or more, message me through the contact section or on WhatsApp. We'll put together a special quote based on your number of travelers, dates, and the plan you're after.
Yes. Bookings can be made up to one month in advance. If you don't know your exact dates yet or your trip is further away, message us on WhatsApp or leave your details in the contact form and we'll help you plan.
